“Page Hills” is located 15 km north east of Manilla with frontage to the Namoi River, positioned between renowned district properties “Wittagoona” and “East Hills”. Land area is 630.9 hectares or approximately 1,559 acres.

The topography is mostly open undulating grazing slopes to low hills, being approximately 50% arable and comprising clay loam to basalt derivative soils. Dominant timber species is White Box, Yellow Box and Gum. Carrying capacity is estimated at 180 to 200 cows plus progeny.

“Page Hills” is very well watered from approximately 3 km frontage to the permanent Namoi River, troughs and dams.  The river is equipped with a near new 7hp Yanmar diesel powered mono pump that supplies a series of header tanks throughout the property with total storage of over 250,000 litres, gravity feeding to 19 troughs via 50mm poly piping. Every paddock has access to a trough with the exception of a small fenced out area of native bushland.

A more than handy inclusion is the 21 ML Namoi River irrigation licence, providing potential for irrigation development, and a 5 ML Namoi River stock & domestic licence.
